Countdown….

6 days, 15 hours and 35 minutes…..
that’s not the countdown to the Fall Colours Peak, although it’s close. It is the countdown to the completed drying of Rockie the bake oven and the first firing by Greg and Vicki. See below for link to the stomping cob mash party that led to its creation a few weeks back.

We’re all smacking our lips getting ready for the first firing. Stay tuned to share in the first bake. Will it be bread, bagels, pizza??? I vote for pizza!
