Fall Colours Blaze On!

Thanksgiving Weekend is usually followed around these parts with a swift decline in fall colours. Thankfully, we are enjoying bright yellows and oranges that continue to blaze through the forest. It seems only the tallest of trees have given up their leaves until spring.

Tomorrow Mark and I are going for a backcountry canoe on Blue and Wet lakes for a couple of hours. We hope to determine some good locations for spring group outings. It’s a busy month here at the Retreat with another school from London, ON, coming for a visit next week, a full scheduled retreat with Martha, and a Corporate Quest after that.
