Yoga and the Zen of Winter

The dynamic duo of Vicki Arsenault and Stephanie Aykroid lead an enthusiastic group of attendees in a midwinter yoga vacation retreat at the Edge this weekend. Yoga and the Zen of Winter retreat featured a starry sky skate on the Candle lit Ying Yang Ice Rink and Snow labyrinth last night. This morning, the sun rises bright and clear for a day of yoga and reconnecting with the magic of winter on an afternoon snow shoe adventure in the forest to One-A-Day Lake.
