Hurray for Dragonflies

Sun is shining and the dragonflies abound!
Hatch out of dragonflies is truly a hatchback experience.
Watching the creepy crawly emerge from the lake after 7 years as a mud dweller, the dragonfly latches onto a vertical object, like a tree and then emerges from the back it’s shell. The wings unfold and the sun and air dry the wings so that the dragonfly can take flight.
When the dragonflies and eastern yellow swallowtails take flight they fill the air! It’s an impressive sight and the feeling of walking among these beautful flying creatures is impossible to capture on film.
