Best foot forward on the One-a-Day trail

by toddles on May 18, 2008

Spring is here and with the May Long Weekend upon us, retreat attendees have taken the opportunity to head out on a day hike on the One a Day Trail. This short one km trail is a simple one way hike, with a few rolling hills that ends at the One-a-day lake.

We’re not sure how this lake and trail got their name, but it’s clear that like a good multivitamin, a hike a day to this treasured little lake is sure to keep the doctor away.

Its good for the soul.
