Todd Lucier, BHK, BEd. has been an Ontario teacher since 1987, and has taught outdoor recreation and lectured about eco-tourism at the University of Windsor and York University. For the UN's International Year of Ecotourism 2002, he had two papers published by the World Tourism Organization and made a presentation in Cuiaba, Brasil. Todd presents workshops and keynote addresses and designs memorable Corporate Quest programs at Algonquin Park and across Canada. |

Martha Lucier Co-founder of Northern Edge Algonquin Retreat Centre, Martha shares over a decade of Shamanic counseling experience with groups and individuals. Martha has woven her love of teaching, nature, self empowerment and Shamanic Journeying into the various programs that she has created and shares with others at the Edge as well as abroad. Martha is a practitioner of core shamanism having completed the Foundation for Shamanic Studies 3 year program. She is presently participating in a 2 year teacher training with Shamanic teacher and author Sandra Ingerman and is one of a small group of Canadian teachers of Medicine for the Earth. |

Greg Waters: Greg sculpts NEA's footprint at the Edge of Algonquin Park in hopes of encouraging creativity and peace in all who walk in it. All who visit the Edge come to recognize Greg's incredible contributions here at the edge of Algonquin Park. From stone-crafting and building projects to incredible edibles, Greg's touches are everywhere. Those lucky enough to paddle with him enjoy some of the best out-trip food on the planet as he's lovingly become known as the Algonquin Park Tripping Gourmet. |

Vicki Arsenault lifts the energy around the Edge with her enthusiastic manner and attention to detail. You might see Vicki on your visit serving up dinner and breakfast before your Algonquin Park canoe trip with a flair, or you'll see the special touches of her work in many areas especially at the Kilnhouse garden. Vicki also hosts a wide variety of Algonquin Retreats.

Wendy MacCrimmon, another Sir Sanford Fleming Grad is our Guest Relations Specialist. You'll reach Wendy most days when you call our toll-free number. Wendy has also shared her passion for the outdoors as a canoe guide on occasional trips in Algonquin Park. Congrats Wendy and Chris.... Wendy is going on Maternity leave from June 07' to June 08'

| Chris Sheridan and Tracy Robinson have shared their gifts in many ways, as adventurers in Algonquin Park and out-trippers specializing in sea kayaking and Algonquin Park area winter adventure, and Chris as a therapist practicing his own unique combination of polarity therapy and energy work. His tin flute, harmonica and fiddle will keep your toes tapping. Tracy is teaching sea kayaking at Quest for Balance retreats in summer 07' once again. |

Meagan Balantyne has been an important part of many EDGE programs for the past couple of years. Meagan's special touches can be found in your accommodations, meals, and many other areas. If your lucky, Meagan may even join you on the occasional Algonquin Park canoe trip. |

Stephanie Akroyd has a background in dance and a love for movement and the outdoors, Stephanie is a certified Nia Instructor and also teaches Hatha yoga in the style of Vanda Scaravelli. She is also a mother, artist, and has guided wilderness canoe trips and retreats with author and guide Hap Wilson for the past ten years.

Emily (24) with son Aiden (already two and a half!)and daddy Matt Hertel with Aiden at the Y. Matt is the Steward's assistant and plays a vital role in keeping the Edge operations sharp, while Em helps out in the kitchen. Natalie (24) is Em's twin sister. Nat lives at the Edge and is a radio broadcasting student at Canadore College. Tim (15) is in grade 9 at Widdifield secondary. Tim loves the stage and dance. All love snowboarding, exploring the forest of Algonquin Park and getting their picture taken with Aiden! |
